Lead and establish activity plan for issues, and follow-up;
Work and follow manager’s advice to achieve with meet of timeline;

Manage on internal request and work on daily functioning and operation of managed applications;
Facilitate and feedback to entities and end users on system functionality result and status;
Manage overall project activities and report issues or challenges to manager;

Administrate on VBANX Core Banking for MFI and Enterprise Trust System;
Develop the manual guideline for system functionality;
Manage relationships with vendors;
Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor or management.
Educational background in Bachelor degree in computer science, business or finance and banking;
At least 2 years experiences of management IT/MIS;
Good understanding of finance, accounting, and Banking / Microfinance
working experience with Microfinance or trust service is a plus
Excellent understanding and practice of VBANX core banking - MFI or Enterprise Trust System
The ability to learn new system and technologies
Fluency in spoken and written English
Good in technical problem solving, debugging and troubleshooting
Ability to work under pressure, as part of a team, as well as independently
Positive work with team members.
